Every building you manage, in one console.
Billing, payment tracking, approvals and reporting for the whole portfolio — with your team working from one record and owners finding their own answers.
The jobs that eat your week — handled.
Issue this month's fees for 20 buildings
Invoices generate from each building's agreed budget — itemized, VAT-correct and apportioned the way the building agreed.
Work out who paid by bank transfer
Upload the bank's CSV; transfers match to open invoices and only the exceptions are left for you.
Send payment reminders
Automatic reminders go out before and after the due date, on the schedule you set per building.
Get the elevator bill signed off
Bills over the building's threshold go to the committee for approval, with a full history of decisions.
Answer the owner asking “what is this charge?”
You won't have to: they see every line, the building's expenses and its funds in their portal.
Prepare for the AGM
Each building's annual financial report is generated in one click and locks once it's final.
Made for a company, not just one building.
Portfolio overview
Buildings, units, billed, paid, payment rate and overdue — across the portfolio or per building.
Your own fee
Bill your management fee to each building, tracked separately from owner invoices.
Team seats
Admins and members, with a choice of which areas each colleague can see or change.
Activity log
Every action your team takes is recorded — who changed what, and when.
Contractors & repairs
A contractor directory, email assignment of requests, and repairs turned straight into expenses.
Compliance & visits
Recurring inspections, certificate expiry dates and scheduled service visits per building.
No per-building fees. Ever.
Add a 6-flat block or a 60-unit complex — you only pay for units, and each unit costs less as the portfolio grows.

Can I manage many buildings on one account?
Yes. Every building sits under one company account with no per-building fee. You pay for units only, and the rate per unit drops as you grow.
Where do owner payments go?
Card payments go through the building's or your company's own Stripe account. Communfy never holds owner funds and takes no commission.
Can I pass the subscription through to the buildings?
Yes. Many companies add it as a line in each building's budget or include it in their management fee. Owners are never charged by Communfy directly.
How do I move my existing buildings over?
Add buildings, units and owners, then the year's budget. For larger portfolios, talk to us about help with the move.
What does the building committee see?
Committee members get a portal with the building's finances, pending approvals and the decision history — without calling you.
Bring your first building over this week.
Start with one building and add the rest when you're ready.
