Do we need a property manager?
No. Communfy is designed so an owners' committee can run the building itself, with the same tools management companies use.
How much does it cost for a small building?
From €10 a month for up to 8 flats. A 12-flat building is €15 a month — about €1.25 per owner.
Who can see what?
The committee runs the building. Owners only see their own units and what has been shared with the building, and tenants only what concerns their own unit.
How do votes work?
The committee opens a poll with 2 to 10 options, simple (one vote per unit) or weighted by m². Results are revealed when it closes.
What if an owner doesn't want to use the portal?
That's fine. Record their payments manually and print their invoices for them.
